Diretora de produção da Iai Promoções, coordena o planejamento, a produção e a comunicação integrada dos eventos da empresa na área de cultura, educação e ciências, com 30 anos de experiência. É fluente em inglês e francês.
Formada em Letras pela Universidade do Amazonas com MBA em marketing pela FGV-EAESP, é membro da ABCR – Associação Brasileira de Captadores de Recursos e representante da ABEOC -AM – Associação Brasileira de Empresas de Eventos/AM, cargo que assumiu em 2024.
Fez cursos de atualização em liderança (Disney Institute, Florida/2017), Imersão Executiva em Digital Business (Martha Gabriel Consulting & Education, São Paulo, Brasil/2016) e Marketing na Era Digital (Martha Gabriel e Rafael Kiso, 2020).
Atuou por 3 anos como parecerista do MinC, analisando projetos de artes cênicas.
Em 2010 criou em Manaus a Feira Norte do Estudante, evento gratuito sobre vocação e empregabilidade, que oferece palestras e uma ampla exposição de serviços para 30 mil jovens em busca de posicionamento de carreira, já em sua 12ª edição. Entre 1995 e 2003, dirigiu o Teatro Amazonas, onde coordenou as comemorações do Centenário, com o espetáculo do tenor espanhol José Carreras e implementou vários projetos de democratização e popularização da cultura.
Atuou ainda como Secretária Adjunta de Cultura e Turismo (2001/2003), Presidente da Rádio e TV Cultura Amazonas (2004) e Presidente da Fundação Municipal de Cultura e Turismo (2013). Foi gerente do Manaus Plaza Centro de Convenções, onde se dedicou a implantação dos processos de gerenciamento e estratégias de mercado para o espaço.
Foi assessora de marketing do Boi Bumbá Caprichoso de Parintins/AM, contribuindo para a conquista do campeonato de 2012 com o tema “Viva a Cultura Popular”. Tem experiências em produção internacional de eventos como o lançamento do Amazonas Film Festival, em Cannes – França, seguido da produção do evento por 5 anos, em Manaus.
Produziu de 2014 a 2017, a Virada Sustentável Manaus.
Produziu em 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 e 2024 o Amazonas Green Jazz Festival e a Casa do Jazz.
Produziu em maio de 2020, o evento digital JAZZ NA SALA, com 50 palestrantes em 20 lives durante 10 dias, transmitidas de diversos continentes, para a Secretaria de Cultura e Economia Criativa do Amazonas e Universidade do Estado do Amazonas.
Já em 2021, coordenou a produção digital de eventos para o IComp/UFAM, SEDECTI/Uma Consertação Amazônica/Instituto Arapyaú, Idesam, e Academia STEM/UEA.
Em 2022 produziu para a Universidade do Colorado a 12ª Reunião Anual do CGF Task Force e em 2023 a viagem de incentivo no Amazonas para 80 jovens músicos do MIT /USA, para o Governo do Amazonas o evento GCF Task Force, o Fórum dos Governadores e anda eventos para o WRI, WCS, G20, Academia Wyss, ONU, BID, entre outros.

Brenda Paiva, originally from Manaus and currently residing in Belém, is a professional with expertise in Integrated Communication and extensive experience in coordinating communication strategies for events. Her scope of work encompasses everything from digital media and graphic materials to website creation and development. She also plays a significant role in credentialing and custom systems that cater to clients’ specific needs. Brenda is fluent in the English language, certified through the Yazigi language course.
Her solid knowledge of image editing tools, including the Adobe Suite, is complemented by skills in basic PHP, HTML, WordPress, Adobe programs, and the Microsoft Office suite. In her role as an Events Producer at Iaí Promoções, Ana Caroline stood out in creating detailed scripts for ceremonies, comprehensive event organization, and meticulous attention to guest reception and event progress monitoring.
As a Freelance Professional – Ceremonialist, her focus was on event planning and coordination. She showed great skill in creating customized scripts, complete event organization, and detailed budget preparation.
In her role as an Events Executive at the Plaza Convention Center, Ana Caroline took on the responsibility for marketing the space. Georgia Pozzetti Daou is a professional with extensive experience and a solid academic background. She holds a master’s degree in Human Sciences, with a focus on Heritage and Memory, from the State University of Amazonas, completed in March 2021. Additionally, she is a specialist in People Management and Coaching from Uninorte – Laureate, having completed the program in July 2014. Georgia holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Estácio de Sá University, completed in December 2022, and also has a degree in Hotel Management from Castelli School of Hotel Management, completed in December 2009.
Throughout her career, Georgia has played various roles in different organizations. Since March 2021, she has been working as a Cultural Planning Advisor at the Municipal Culture Council in Manaus. In this role, she is responsible for the development of cultural tenders, project elaboration, and execution reports, evaluation of cultural projects executed in previous years or currently in progress. She also handles quotations, contracts, and payment processes.
Previously, she served as an Administrator and Owner of EcoSuites Hotel Manaus from May 2014 to July 2019, managing aspects such as invoicing, financial control, purchases, reservations, and personnel management. She also worked as an Executive Event Producer at IAÍ Promoções, actively participating in project development, sponsorship acquisition, financial reporting, and event conception.
In addition to her professional experience, Georgia contributes to extension projects, serving as a member of the organizing team for the Citizenship and Power Observatory: International Migrations in the Amazon since 2019, taking on the role of Sub-coordinator since 2021.
